Remove spurious "Failed to set IPV6_V6ONLY" warnings

bindtoaddr() is being called with fourth argument (v6only) set to 1 for sockets created for other protocol families than AF_INET6. This results in debug printouts (warning level in 1.6.*, info level in master).
