RadSecProxy and keep alive settings

Hello, it seems that radsecproxy doesn’t follow keepalive settings of the operating system and the only way to get it works it to inject libkeepalive (http://libkeepalive.sourceforge.net/) into the binary… It would be good if it could be added to natively follow the system settings.
