mergesrvconf() lacks some config entries

mergesrvconf() copies stuff from one struct clsrvconf to another. It seems like it doesn't copy the elements confrewriteusername, fticks_viscountry and fticks_visinst. The two latter makes sense since these are recent additions to the config struct but the first one is less clear. I hope it wasn't omitted for a reason.
