      As a user it is useful to be able to "give away" rooms in meetingtools so a room doesn't have to be destroyed and re-created when (eg) a person leaves.

      * Change owner in meetingtools must affect both meetingtools and AC
      * Any recordings and other artifacts must also change owner accordingly
